The Prissy Silly Tour — via Broken Hill

An outback road trip with a wink — art, pubs and silver-city sunsets.

11 March 2027 Sydney — The Imperial, Erskineville Max 12 travellers

The journey

14 days of proper adventure

From Sydney's Inner West to the silver streets of Broken Hill, the Prissy Silly Tour is our most delightfully oddball journey — drag-worthy pubs, desert art galleries, the Living Desert sculptures and sunsets that stop conversation.

Equal parts outback expedition and rolling variety show. Bring your curiosity and your sense of humour — both will be exercised.

Day by day

Day 1–2

Sydney to the plains

Blue Mountains overture, then the long straight roads begin. First country pub dinner.

Day 3–5

Bourke & the Darling

Back o' Bourke country, river red gums and stories of the paddle-steamer days.

Day 6–9

Broken Hill

Galleries, the Palace Hotel (yes, that one), Living Desert sunset symposium and Silverton's Mad Max museum.

Day 10–11

Mutawintji

Ancient hand stencils and gorge walks in one of NSW's most sacred landscapes.

Day 12–14

The long way home

Via Cobar and the Bogan, with a finale dinner back where it all began.
